This is the part of the site where you are supposed to learn a little about me and what I do. So lets start with my name is Nate and I am a Real Estate Broker, Consultant, and Photographer living here in the PNW.

I have been doing both real estate and photography/videography for over 10 years now, which means I have an insiders understanding of the listing process. I know what we as agents actually need, what matters to buyers, and how to make a property look its best without overcomplicating or overpricing the work.

After picking up a camera, it was a no brainer to save the marketing costs and learn how to make a home look its best. I have been thankful to have had great success in the industry, and in turn have built this service to be as straightforward and efficient as I can. No frills, no upselling, just high quality HDR photos that help you wow your clients and get buyers in the door. We all know the risk/reward of a new listing, and depending on your strategy it can get expensive fast.
